As a health and safety professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the communities we serve. We are seeking an experienced expert who shares our passion for health and safety to drive excellence in this field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide authoritative advice to project management teams to ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist sites in demonstrating leadership and applying knowledge to reduce risk and prevent injury and illness.
  • Provide direction to project management detailing improvements and corrective actions where applicable, and provide functional support to ensure such improvements and corrective actions are implemented.
  • Support sites in conducting incident investigations to determine root causes, contributing factors, and corrective actions, and communicate key learnings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a health and safety role.
  • Desirable to have experience in marine operations, engineering, construction, and maintenance industries.
