We are seeking a skilled Project Specialist to drive business outcomes through strategic capital projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve sustainability, and drive performance across various manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute capital projects efficiently, effectively, and within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with site-based engineers and contractors to ensure seamless implementation, commissioning, and handover of projects.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in project management methodologies, change management, and capital program execution.
  • This is a hands-on national role where you will make a significant impact on our operations.

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified Project Specialist with strong technical capability and commercial acumen who can deliver outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree – Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronic (or similar considered).
  • Extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing settings with significant project/capital works delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, including governance and risk management.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
  • SAP and AutoCAD knowledge – highly regarded.
