About the Role

The position of Director of Performance Excellence leads the optimization of performance across capital projects and programs in the health infrastructure sector.

Embedded assurance processes are integrated into project planning and delivery, providing constructive advice to project teams using internal and external subject matter experts in a series of fit-for-purpose project reviews.

The Director will oversee the team that manages review processes and associated reporting, requiring highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills.

This role also involves leading the organization's engagement with cross-government strategic policies and issues impacting infrastructure delivery agencies.

About You
  • You possess strategic leadership skills with a passion for driving performance excellence across complex capital infrastructure programs.
  • You have extensive experience in delivering or assuring large-scale capital infrastructure projects, including a detailed understanding of social infrastructure project planning and delivery phases.
  • You bring expertise in capital projects assurance, governance, and risk management frameworks, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • You possess strong leadership skills to inspire, develop, and guide multidisciplinary teams toward achieving high-quality outcomes.
