Capital Projects Delivery Expert

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex capital projects across various industries, providing technical engineering advice and project management support to diverse teams. Your expertise will span from early phase scope definition to detailed design.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-disciplinary design solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical engineering advice and project management support to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Leading and mentoring junior engineers to drive their professional growth and development;
  • Managing project finances, including cost tracking and forecasting to ensure spend aligns with budget objectives;
  • Undertaking and leading engineering reviews, investigations, options assessments, and designs.

A key aspect of this role is flexibility to travel to work alongside clients, gaining industrial site experience through short- to long-term assignments as part of site-based engineering teams during the implementation phase. This includes procurement, construction, and commissioning.
