Capital Works Lead

Oversee the planning and execution of capital projects across a diverse property portfolio.

Collaborate closely with Property Managers, Operations & Facilities Specialists, and other Capital Works Leads to ensure seamless delivery of all capital works, planned maintenance, and renovation projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a trade or building background in a relevant discipline with at least 7 years' experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering capital works programs on schedule and within budget.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation requirements is essential.
  • Able to evaluate and manage external contractors effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Workplace Health and Safety, with a specific focus on contractor management.
  • Capacity to develop processes and procedures that drive efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with people and program management are required.
  • High level of written and oral communication skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are critical.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
