Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Specialist to oversee the execution of capital and asset maintenance sealing projects across Western Australia and South Australia. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery aligned with operational goals, stakeholder expectations, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing delays.
  • Site Execution: Supervise site-based activities, focusing on safety, sealing works, asset maintenance, and timely project completion.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder visibility and proper mitigation or implementation plans.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in project development and delivery within a contractor environment.
  • Safety Record: Proven commitment to a Safety-First culture, adhering to legislative and organizational safety requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership experience, particularly managing small teams in remote or site-based settings.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with confidence across all levels.
Other Requirements:
  • Travel and Work Location: Frequent travel and camp-based site work within WA and SA is required; occasional interstate or international travel may be necessary.
  • Flexibility: Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
