Leadership Development Program Manager

Embark on a Leadership Development Journey
At Frontline Recruitment, we offer a unique opportunity for seasoned Recruitment Specialists to progress towards full franchise ownership within six months.
As an Agency Manager participating in our Emerging Franchisee Program, your responsibility will be to develop an allocated territory within a specific industry vertical, placing good people into good jobs.
You will be supported by a global leader in the staffing sector, Express Employment Professionals, with presence in 5 countries and an annual turnover exceeding $4 billion dollars.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct sales calls both phone and face to face
- Attend offsite client visits
- Participate in our professional development training program
- Source and interview suitable candidates for vacant positions
- Facilitate the recruitment process (360-degree consultant)
- Collaborate with other agencies in the Frontline network
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in agency recruitment in a 360-degree role
- Proven track record in business development
- Adept at managing and tracking your activities via an ATS platform
- High level of interpersonal communication
- Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and “bounce back” from setbacks
