Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide support to our QA/QC Project team and manage project registers, tracking tools, and vendor inspection reports. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our projects.

About the Role:

  • Manage project registers and tracking tools to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient project delivery.
  • Organize international inspections using approved inspection companies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Vendor Inspection Reports to verify the quality of goods and services received.
  • Register MDRs against each vendor package to ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Maintain Vendor ITPs to guarantee that all products meet the required standards.
  • Liaise with key personnel on site to ensure quality systems are maintained and updated as needed.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
  • Document Control as required to ensure all project documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Other QA/QC related support as required to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role on a remote mining construction site.
  • Advanced MS Office skills to efficiently manage and analyze data.
  • Previous exposure to quality and document control systems in the construction industry.
  • National Police Clearance to work on-site.
