This is a critical role in ensuring that our products meet industry standards and client specifications - guaranteeing durability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

**The Role**:
The role is based in **Cardup**at our large scale modern precast facility.

The objective is to conduct thorough inspections and tests, identify non-conformities, and assist in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed inspections of precast concrete products, including visual, dimensional, and structural checks, as well as material and component testing.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection and test results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
- Identify and document non-conformities, including defects, deviations, or deviations from quality standards, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and document production processes to ensure they are in accordance with approved procedures and quality requirements.
- Assess the quality of materials and components received from suppliers, conducting inspections and quality checks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during inspection activities and report any safety concerns.
- Provide training and guidance to production and quality control teams on quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement and process optimisation.

**What are we looking for?**
- Relevant industry experience in a Quality Assurance role; or a role with transferrable skills and knowledge.
- Relevant Qualifications in (i.e, Civil Engineering, etc)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, standards and procedures.
- A commitment to consistently follow approved quality assurance procedures and standards, without deviation.
- Thorough understanding and compliance with WHS on a construction/manufacturing site.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with the Project Team.
- Demonstrated proficient time management skills to effectively complete tasks within designated timelines.
- Confidence to make decisions and address quality concerns if/when they arise.
- A desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- A team player that makes a positive contribution to team morale and company culture.
