The successful candidate will have a strong background in application support, with experience in fault escalation and resolution, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.

About the Role:

A typical day in this role may involve:

  • Working with service providers on fault escalation and resolution
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
  • Participating in group development activities
  • Coordinating test plans and documenting test outcomes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:

  • 12 months experience in a medium/large organisation in an Application support role with structured testing processes or frameworks
  • Tertiary qualifications in information systems, business, management, statistics or related discipline
  • National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
