Senior Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and workload of line Quality Coordinators and area Senior Quality Coordinators.
  • Provide technical assistance to production execution.
  • Achieve the production plan in accordance with safety, quality, cost and continuous improvement objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • Obtain new or updated specifications and ensure changes are incorporated into Work Instructions, associated procedures and databases.
  • Investigate and analyse quality problems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leadership and team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality System Procedures and knowledge of product specifications and drawings.
  • An understanding of the manufacturing process.
  • Knowledge and experience with Australian and International quality standards.
  • Sound Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
  • Previous work in a Manufacturing environment.
