Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure adherence to quality standards in our dynamic environment. As part of this role, you will work closely with process owners to update and draft QMS procedures and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support process owner in updating/drafting QMS procedures and ensuring use of process approach.
  • Conduct process mapping activity and SIPOC analysis with process owners within the scope of QMS.
  • Standardize writing of document records and requirements for second-person review.
  • Support QA team in tracking progress of documentation until approval and roll-out, assess effectiveness.
  • Develop and coordinate follow-up actions to observations/gaps noted during the roll out and implementation stage.
  • Develop forms and templates supporting documented procedures.
  • Update document control register to include all QMS documentation (forms, templates, procedures, instructions, policies, standards).

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements.
  • Experience in Process Approach documentation, process mapping, SIPOC analysis.
  • Excellent computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, capable of leading small team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
