We are seeking a seasoned Senior Remuneration Analyst to join our Asia Pacific team at Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company.

As a key member of our finance team, you will provide expert remuneration structuring expertise to drive EBITDA growth across the region. Your primary focus will be on analysing and monitoring opportunities for improved personnel cost as a percentage of revenue.

About the Role
  • Work closely with the APAC COO, APAC CFO, and APAC CEO to develop and implement remuneration strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Country MDs and CFOs to ensure consistent decision-making across the region.

You will be responsible for oversight and analysis of remuneration practices and standards across the region, including base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and benefits. Your recommendations will aim to improve personnel cost as a percentage of revenue and drive EBITDA growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversight and analysis of remuneration practices and standards across the region.
  2. Regional analysis and recommendations on opportunities to drive improved personnel cost as a percentage of revenue.
  3. Alignment of remuneration structures across the region that incentivises EBITDA growth.
  4. Analysis, recommendation, and support on remuneration structuring opportunities/proposals for Team and Market Leader acquisitions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive remuneration structuring, including base pay, benefits, short-term incentives (profit share, KPI bonuses, commissions), and long-term incentives schemes.
  • Advanced Excel skills/excel modeling skills.
  • Data analytics, BI & reporting tools capability - TM1, PAW, Power BI, and Cognos.
  • CA/CPA equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management and financial decision support.
  • Project Management & Portfolio Management experience.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and career development opportunities.
