Job Description

We're seeking a skilled leader to manage our gaming room. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests and staff.

This role involves motivating and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service. You will champion team coaching and mentoring, guest initiatives, and day-to-day operations.

You'll also be responsible for proactively activating local events and supporting the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have great hospitality leadership and operational experience, with a contagious passion for the guest experience. They must also hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service
  • Champion team coaching and mentoring, guest initiatives, and day-to-day operations
  • Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives
  • Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion, and authenticity
