Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Operations Supervisor to oversee our gaming operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the gaming industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, lighting, and ambiance within the gaming room.
  • Supervise daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are consistently met.
  • Lead and support gaming staff, providing guidance and training to achieve high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to further develop the gaming operation.
Key Requirements
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Food Handlers Certificate.
  • TAB Compliance.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are required.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
