The NRMA is a leading brand in Australia, committed to delivering exceptional services to its customers. As part of our journey towards reconciliation, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and employ First Nations employees through partnerships, communities, and online recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with the Talent team as a specialist across the full recruitment life cycle, providing key support to Group businesses during peak times.
Requirements:
- End-to-end talent acquisition experience in a medium/large organisation, along with experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
- Previous experience working on a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), specifically in relation to employment initiatives.
- An ability to manage relationships and foster positive partnerships both internally and externally.
- A high degree of organisation, time management, and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence and capability to partner effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office and experience with talent software platforms.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
- A hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from our Sydney CBD or Olympic Park offices and from home.
