The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team, working closely with enterprise clients to get the most out of our AI compliance platform. You'll guide them through successful implementation, optimise their workflows, and monitor client health to ensure long-term success.

Impact You'll Make:
  • Implement and adopt the platform successfully
  • Optimise compliance workflows and achieve client goals
  • Monitor client health and engagement
  • Deliver regular training sessions and create resources
  • Collaborate with our product team to incorporate client feedback and feature requests
  • Identify opportunities for clients to expand their platform use
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations
  • Track and report on client success metrics and platform usage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with enterprise software platforms
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Basic understanding of compliance or regulatory requirements

  • Experience in creating and delivering client training
