Job Description:

As a customer-focused leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique. Your primary objective is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and meeting key performance indicators.

You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a retail business
  • Senior beauty advisor or assistant manager experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
