This is a fantastic opportunity to join our high-performing commercial team in a newly created Partnerships Sales Account Manager position.
As Australia's first luxury retail media network, David Jones Amplify offers a full-service media and marketing proposition designed to connect non-supplier brands with premium, purchase-ready consumers both in-store and online.
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and motivated professional with experience in retail or owned media networks, new business development, sales partnerships, and brand management to drive success.
In this role, you will support the National Sales and Partnerships Director and play a key role in expanding non-supplier brands within David Jones, Amplify. Your responsibilities include selling, creating, and implementing experience-led campaigns that enhance customer engagement, improve ROI, and deliver value to advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within retail media.
- Develop innovative media solutions that bring brands to life within David Jones, Amplify.
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery.
- Implement strategies to improve sell-through of production-heavy channels.
- Establish preferred supplier relationships for logistics and execution of retail media campaigns.
- Contribute to media inventory and packaging strategy reviews and optimizations.
- Maintain efficient campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centre, or category/partnership roles within luxury, retail, or media/experiential agencies.
- Strong understanding of media planning, inventory, and commercialization strategies.
- Creative thinking capable of developing compelling media plans that embody brand attributes.
- Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools for pipeline management and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong communication skills, confident in presentations to diverse audiences.
