We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Development Manager to join our team and continue our trajectory as a leading software company in our category. The ideal candidate will be remote-work friendly, with the ability to work from anywhere within Canada.

Responsibilities
- You will build meaningful relationships with our partners and increase the value they can add to their customers
- Call down on partner-provided leads to book demos
- Engage your partners by providing value and teaching them how to do the same with their customers
- Develop campaigns with partners to generate interest from their base
- Excite potential partners about the offering of our software and launch their partnership
Key Responsibilities
- Create goals for each partner to drive accountability and engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with partners
- Be valuable to our partners by understanding their business deeply
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Ambitious, strategic and passionate about sales
- Familiar with partner channels and executing a joint strategy with partners
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition
- Relationship-orientated and strong rapport-building skills
- Familiar with being accountable to targets
