
Detailed Administrative Professional Wanted

This is a part-time permanent position that offers a detail-oriented professional the opportunity to support a high-performing team by liaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.
The role involves maintaining and updating vehicle trackers, preparing fleet reports, and assisting the logistics manager with ad hoc reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining systems, entering details into the database, and supplying stakeholders with annual maintenance statements and occupiers statements.
To succeed in this role, you will have intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other office products, experience in the motor industry, and strong stakeholder management skills. You will also require superior written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Vehicle Tracker
- Prepare fleet reports
- Maintain systems and prepare reports
- Assist Logistics Manager with ad hoc reporting
- Maintain and enter details into the database
- Supply stakeholders with Annual Maintenance Statements & Occupiers Statements
- Provide administrative support to contractors
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other office products
- Experience in the motor industry preferred
- Experience in analysing and interpreting data and creating reports
- Experience in managing trackers/systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
