About the Role

We are seeking Administrative Professionals for short-, medium- and long-term assignments mainly located in the CBD and inner suburbs.

Our assignments can range between one day or one week coverage to 6-12 month contracts depending on the clients needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the reception desk and greet all visitors in a welcoming manner
  • Answer all phone calls to the main business line in a professional, prompt and courteous manner. Transfer and refer calls accordingly or take and send messages when appropriate
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately
  • Provide support to program and planning staff, assisting with organising meetings, preparing meeting papers and agendas
  • Provide ad hoc assistance and perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to take initiative & prioritise
  • Good MS Word and Excel skills - evaluated by Aspect
  • Ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Adobe InDesign skills are highly regarded
