Senior Project Coordinator - Government Partnerships

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex government-related projects from tender through to successful completion
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with government procurement frameworks and regulations
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key government stakeholders and suppliers, driving value-added solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client needs and expectations

Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in sales or project delivery, preferably in heavy automotive or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects from start to finish
  • A commercial background working with fire, emergency services, or the defense industry is highly desirable
