Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of significant government projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level project and administrative support to senior management and project teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, track actions and decisions, and manage risk and issue resolution.
  • Assist with tender and procurement processes, manage project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, and submissions, undertake data analysis and project performance monitoring.
  • Support project health checks, contractor surveillance, and compliance monitoring.
About You / Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administration within complex environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in liaising with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
