Senior Government Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of significant government projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level project and administrative support to senior management and project teams.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, track actions and decisions, and manage risk and issue resolution.
- Assist with tender and procurement processes, manage project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, and submissions, undertake data analysis and project performance monitoring.
- Support project health checks, contractor surveillance, and compliance monitoring.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administration within complex environments.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in liaising with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
