The RoleThe HR Direct Advisor will be responsible for understanding the HR needs of our employees, managers, and stakeholders by providing efficient, accurate, confident, and professional advice. This involves listening carefully to each enquiry, asking the right questions, and offering practical solutions quickly.
Main Responsibilities:- HR Advice: Provide clear, helpful HR advice across all areas.
- Enquiry Resolution: Listen carefully to each enquiry, ask the right questions, and offer practical solutions quickly.
- Team Support: Help the HR Direct team meet its goals and deliver a great experience for our people.
- Human Resources Experience: Experience with Human Resources, whether educationally or professionally.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and the ability to fully understand customer needs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Resilience: Resilience and a proactive attitude, with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
