Senior Care Liaison

  • Liaising with health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Informing and engaging residents' families to keep them involved
  • Reporting any safety issues to the management team
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of residents' information
Key Requirements:
  • Aged care, nursing, social work, disability or welfare qualification (desirable)
  • CURRENT NSW driving license + car
  • Strong technical skills
  • Effective communication skills and empathy
  • Interest in working with older adults
