About Liaison Specialists

Liaison specialists play a pivotal role in healthcare teams, using their expertise to facilitate communication and collaboration among experts, professionals, and researchers.

As a liaison specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and scientific experts, sharing data and insights with stakeholders to support product launches.

Your role will involve:

  • Establishing strong connections with healthcare professionals and scientific experts.
  • Sharing knowledge and insights with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing accurate information to medical and scientific inquiries.
  • Covering advice-seeking and exchange activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share insights-to-action supporting strategic decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for interacting with technical experts, sharing dialogue through building strong relationships.

You will also need to have resilience and adaptability, thriving in challenging situations and embracing feedback and learning opportunities.

A background in a medical position, preferably as a liaison specialist, with a focus on Haematology or Oncology is essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Haematology or Oncology is essential.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
