Job Overview

This role is for an experienced operations leader who can oversee the day-to-day management of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and systems

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in live events and operations management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate technical teams
  • Fleet management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop action plans to drive improvement
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
