Are you a results-driven leader seeking a challenging opportunity in the construction industry? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marine Infrastructure Project Supervisor to join our team at Maritime Constructions.

About the Role

This is a site-based position that requires strong leadership and management skills. As a Marine Infrastructure Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 6 people, managing daily operations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry, with experience in supervising marine construction crews. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes:

  • Leading a team of up to 6 people and managing daily operations
  • Implementing and supervising all site activities with a strong focus on safe work culture and processes
  • Managing and developing crews, including rostering and on-site training
  • Prioritizing tasks and allocating resources accordingly
  • Working to project timelines and targets
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Completing relevant site documentation and reports
About You

We are looking for someone who takes leadership seriously but knows how to have fun. You should be organized, hard-working, reliable, and able to get the best from your crew. Your work ethic should be second to none, and safety should be your top priority.

You will also need to reside in Adelaide or a close regional area, take pride in your ability to lead by example, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances and priorities is essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated computer literacy, including Word and Excel
  • Cert IV in Frontline Management (highly regarded)
  • A current Drivers License
  • A Construction White Card
  • High Risk licenses (desired but not required)
