Job Title: Civil Infrastructure Supervisor

Location: Heatherbrae

Estimated Salary: $44 per hour + penalties, approximately AU$89,984 - AU$113,940 per year (based on 40 hours/week)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our civil construction projects, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of workers on civil construction projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Oversee daily operations, including equipment, materials, and safety protocols
  • Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in civil construction and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards in the construction industry
  • Current driver's license and white card
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
