The role of Development Manager is a key position in the organization, responsible for leading the development and delivery of new housing projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and delivering new housing developments and redeveloping existing assets that support the strategic direction and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and assessing new development opportunities through thorough research and analysis.
  • Preparing comprehensive development feasibilities and project evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinating the delivery of projects through effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary consultancies across design, planning, and delivery.

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Leadership skills, including experience in project management and delivery to meet time, budget, and quality outcomes.
  • Essential knowledge of the property development process, including feasibility studies, project evaluation, and asset management.

Candidates must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Additionally, satisfactory police check and relevant certifications (e.g., NDIS and Working with Children Check) are required for all staff members involved in client-related activities.
