Senior Housing Delivery Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality housing for people living with disability.

You will oversee projects from concept to completion, managing feasibility, approvals, procurement and construction. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, government and community stakeholders to ensure homes are delivered on time and to the highest standards of accessibility and inclusion.

  • Manage end-to-end housing development projects, ensuring quality targets are met.
  • Lead transparent procurement processes that achieve value for money.
  • Identify and analyse new development opportunities that meet social and economic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice to executive management.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, government and community partners.

About you:

  • You have experience in project management within property development, construction or community housing.
  • You have strong financial capability - budgeting, forecasting and investment modelling.
  • You have understanding of compliance and permits (SDA Design Standards highly regarded).
  • You can engage confidently with contractors, tenants, government and community stakeholders.
  • You have a solutions-focused approach and a commitment to creating social impact.
