We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Goodstart Browns Plains, Redgum Drive centre.

  • Lead a team of educators in implementing high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 15 months to primary school age.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.">
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices within your team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation in early childhood education.">
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement curriculum frameworks that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.">

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)">
  • A current Qld Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and families">
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for children">
