Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and imaginative Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Sparrow Early Learning Browns Plains. As a Studio Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters children's growth and development. Your passion for early childhood education and care will shine through as you inspire curious young minds and help them reach their full potential.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive above award wage, with a salary range estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience working with children and families in an early childhood setting
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
