We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our education program, promoting children's well-being, development, and learning. As an Educational Leader, you'll work collaboratively with families and the school community to provide a high-quality education that fosters values, attitudes, and ways of living and learning.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of the educational program, ensuring compliance with policy, mentoring and supporting educators, and working collaboratively with families and the school community.

Requirements for this role include a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education, and a comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework. You'll also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
