Key Position in Our Kitchen Team

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Chef de Partie within our culinary team. This position requires an individual who is passionate about food, creative in their approach to cooking, and able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted with the highest standards of safety and hygiene, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Chef Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to plan menus, manage inventory, and ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods.
  • Leadership and Development: Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
