We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Senior Chef de Partie. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our kitchen operations.

Job Description

The Senior Chef de Partie will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and preparing meals for our guests. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements

  • Formal culinary qualifications (Diploma or higher)
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-end restaurant and/or five-star catering environment
  • Strong skills in menu planning, food ordering, storage, and presentation
  • Ability to lead and coordinate kitchen staff, including apprentices and casual chefs
  • Commitment to training and mentoring emerging culinary talent
  • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and independence in managing tasks and meeting deadlines
