Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Support the Store Director in organizing and hosting events for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our clients
  • Assist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors
  • Key-holder responsibilities, such as opening and closing of the store
Requirements
  • Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
  • Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience
  • Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
  • Experience working towards targets and KPIs
  • Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism both with clients and staff members
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
