Job DescriptionWe are seeking a provisional or fully registered Rehab Counsellor, Social Worker or Psychologist with clinical expertise to join our rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for new grads and experienced allied health professionals who are passionate about empowering clients to achieve desired outcomes.
This position involves guiding and managing clients' journeys as they return to life after psychological injury using whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.
Main Responsibilities- Managing complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching, career coaching and return to work support
- Performing vocational assessments both face to face and virtually
- Creating Employer networks within NSW
- Using psychosocial risk tools to achieve great outcomes
- Eligibility for registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW
- Experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
- Proven experience working within a high-performance driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation and consultation skills
- Ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships
- Result focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and capacity to successfully manage competing priorities
- Ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Current Australian drivers' licence
- Police clearance and a working with children check
