About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Leader to oversee all aspects of facility and grounds maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines trade expertise with team coordination and strategic asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  • Develop and manage site maintenance schedules and preventative programs to ensure optimal function and safety of facilities and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including budgets and asset register.
  • Liaise with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations, aged care standards and organisational policies.
