ORS Group, a national allied health provider in Australia, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals with disabilities, providing tailored speech therapy services and making a meaningful impact in the community.

About the Role

This position involves working across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices. As a Speech Pathologist at ORS Group, you will be part of a national team of 40+ professionals providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types, providing assessments, therapy, and support tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driver's license and access to a car
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
