About the RoleThis position plays a pivotal role in managing workers' compensation claims, prioritizing timely treatment and successful return to work. As a dedicated case manager, you will collaborate closely with injured workers, employers, and treating practitioners to facilitate medical management and return to work activities.
Key Responsibilities- Effective claim management for compensation
- Ensuring injured workers receive entitlements in accordance with regulations
- Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support optimal outcomes
You will undergo comprehensive training in workers' compensation case management, covering topics such as claim life cycle, medical treatment, payment of expenses, return to work obligations, and legal aspects. Additional training will be provided throughout your first year to expand your knowledge of workplace injury management, return to work planning, dispute resolution, and workers' compensation law.
