Job Description

We are seeking a driven and charismatic sales leader to join our team. As an Executive Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.

Your primary objective will be to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional sales results. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and analyze sales performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of sales leadership experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically.

You will be based on the shop floor, motivating and coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
