
Sales Growth Leader

Key Objectives:
- Oversee and execute territorial sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Be the main contributor to commercial lines growth and support profitability for personal lines in assigned territory.
A Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing tactical plans for commercial lines. They will collaborate with business partners, including inside sales teams, underwriters, marketing, and other stakeholders to align resources with agency potential and results.
