
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to take on the role of establishing strong customer relationships, uncovering and understanding customer goals and challenges, and providing effective solutions that meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Communicate DR Horton's value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
- Understand and address customer goals and challenges, then establish DR Horton as the best solution available.
- Close sales by overcoming objections and identifying new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
- Continually source new sales opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customer relationships and expand existing ones.
- Nurture and perform outreach to realtors and other key stakeholders in the sales process.
- Effectively manage time, meet sales goals, and work collaboratively with other members of the team.
- Expand and maintain a database of prospects and leverage it to drive sales growth.
- Attend regular sales meetings to stay informed and aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit of the company.
