Randstad Senior Finance has partnered with a global financial services organisation to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Controller Specialist to join their Finance Controllership team.

Job Description:

This is a great chance to contribute your expertise and gain experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering monthly financial reports in line with accounting standards, company policies, and deadlines.

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders
  • Work closely with the broader Finance team across the Pacific region to support reporting requirements
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Review financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Liaise with offshore teams to ensure audit requirements are met
  • Support year-end tasks and internal projects as required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of general accounting experience (BIG 4 preferred)
  • CA/CPA qualification and a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Experience with month-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations
  • Strong understanding of technical reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
