Financial Controller

Randstad Senior Finance is partnering with a global financial services organisation to fill a key position for a Financial Controller in their Finance Controllership team. This is an exciting chance to apply your accounting expertise and gain experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports in line with accounting standards, company policies, and deadlines.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting across the Pacific region.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparing general journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review financial records across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Address financial inquiries by gathering and analysing data.
- Liaise with offshore teams and auditors to ensure audit requirements are met.
- Support year-end tasks and internal projects as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 3 years of general accounting experience.
- CA/CPA qualification and a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Experience with month-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of technical reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing demands.
