
Business Growth Manager

About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Business Growth Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer incidents, managing expectations and communications throughout the resolution process.
- Partner with sales teams to drive customer health, increase user adoption, and reduce attrition.
- Proactively set customers up for success through optimization of our platform, particularly during peak events.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, or Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, as well as mapping business requirements into technical features.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms to customers and internal partners.
- Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies.
- Experience leading efforts of cross-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs or projects.
Preferred Requirements:
- Salesforce product certifications (AI Associate, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Data Analyst).
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and features, capabilities, best use, and how to deploy.
- Experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
