**Job Summary:**

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our agents by providing exceptional support and guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and prosperity of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Proactively serve a portfolio of assigned agents, empowering them to achieve positive business outcomes through our software and services.
- Drive agent adoption and engagement with our software and programs, ensuring they become power users.
- Master our technology and educate agents on our products and programs, enabling best-in-class business practices in a competitive landscape.
- Partner closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute agent success strategies, including business growth plans.
- Welcome new agents with personalized onboarding sessions, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Manage listing and licensing transfers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Conduct in-person product and program trainings, as well as meetings with agents, to address their specific needs and concerns.
- Proactively identify agent needs and develop solutions, driving continuous improvement and growth.
- Document and refine best practices, resources, and SOPs to ensure consistency and excellence across the team.
- Collaborate with local leadership to develop local best practices and prioritize regional projects.
- Troubleshoot issues related to marketing, tools, technology, enterprise systems, and more, providing timely and effective resolutions.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in agent service, client success, or client relationship management
- Passion for serving agents and helping them grow their businesses
- Ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers and influencers
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering real business value
- Ability to recognize and maximize new business opportunities
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, handling multiple accounts and assignments simultaneously
- Interest in new software and cutting-edge programs in the larger real estate landscape
- Commitment to exceeding goals and self-imposed targets
- Previous experience in real estate and technology a plus
- Experience with live or virtual training a plus
- Experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence, Gsuite) a plus
