
Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to provide administrative support in our organization. This role involves providing high-level data entry, basic word processing, and basic use of spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support including answering phones, reception, photocopying, scanning, faxing, stock ordering, and typing general correspondence.
- Use computer-based systems with high-level data entry, basic word processing, and basic use of spreadsheets.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships to effectively communicate within the team and with other units to ensure a high standard of service.
- Maintain a strong focus on client care and expectations; work effectively in a multidisciplinary team using high-level communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in contemporary software applications, particularly Microsoft Office, Outlook, and calendar applications.
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills enabling effective liaison at all levels and with other agencies and organizations.
- Proven ability to work within a team in a diverse and complex environment to achieve objectives within specified timeframes and in accordance with defined practices and procedures.
